About Tourfect

Tourfect is run by [Legal name of the company that runs Tourfect], [Registered address]. It gives independent tour guides their own booking websites and lists their tours in a shared marketplace. By using tourfect.ie or a guide's site hosted on Tourfect, you agree to these terms.

For travellers

• Tours are run by the guides, not by Tourfect. When you send a booking request, it goes to the guide, and any booking is an agreement between you and the guide.
• A request isn't a booking until the guide confirms it by email. Nothing is paid through Tourfect.
• Prices, descriptions, availability and cancellation terms are set by each guide. Contact the guide with questions about a tour.
• Reviews on guides' sites are added by the guides. Reviews marked "Example" are sample content.

For guides

• You're responsible for your tours, your prices, the content you publish (text, photos and reviews) and for having the right to use it.
• Only publish genuine reviews, with the guest's permission, and accurate information about your tours and accreditations.
• You're the data controller for your customers' personal data; we process it for you to run your site (see the privacy policy).
• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tourfect is free during the beta. We'll give you notice before any paid plans apply to you.
• We may suspend sites that break the law or these terms.

The service

We work to keep Tourfect available and secure but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for the tours themselves, which are the guides' responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
